After submitting secondary, my file was placed on hold because they wanted a recommendation letter from my current employer. It took me (literally) forever to confirm that they had received this letter...

i submitted secondary application electronically, then received a notice one month later that the secondary application had not been received, so I re-submitted one month later and I am guessing that didn\'t help my chances... Moral is to ensure whatever you submit electronically is actually received because computers are not perfect
